You'll often find the best value for money with our inclusive per person 24 Hour Residential Meeting Packages and Day Delegate Packages that include all of the meeting, hospitality and accommodation elements to make the perfect event experience for meetings for 10 people or more.
If you're hosting a slightly smaller meeting, room hire pricing is available, along with pricing for refreshments and lunch.
For those bespoke requests or little extras you need, we can provide pricing for all sorts of additions from AV equipment to pre-night hotel accommodation.

Meeting Room Hire Package
If you need something simple for a productive meeting, you can opt for a meeting room hire only package. This is ideal when you require either a half or full day meeting, or you're getting together with a small number of people. Covering all you need for a productive full day meeting in a purpose-built event space, with in-built audio visual equipment, WiFi and mineral water. If you do want to add servings of tea and coffee or one of our lunch options, we can provide separate prices for these.

Meeting and Event Package pricing varies throughout the year, dependent on a number of factors. You'll often find that weekends and school holiday periods offer more discounted rates, which can be a great way of managing budgetary considerations.
