A huge thank you to all of our guests and delegates who visited the venue throughout 2025.
The hotel and the venue team will be taking a festive break, with the hotel closing on Monday 22nd December, reopening Sunday 4th January, where we look forward to welcoming the many events, hotel stays and more in 2026 and beyond. The hotel will not be open for events or hotel stays during this period.

So, as the clock ticks on and Christmas draws near, it’s a chance to say thanks and celebrate the year.  

Starting in Jan’ we had Make Mondays Matter, launching sustainable lunch buffets, with no-bake desserts and a local cheese platter;

With the arrival of Spring, came awards night success, in Responsible Tourism – a silver, no less!

While Summer 2025 was the hottest around, we took to our single rooms, tools abound,

Upcycling desks and wardrobes, leaving nothing to rest, September saw 43 bedrooms sustainably refreshed;

As the pumpkins and hot puddings began to appear, our busiest November on record, and new loos drew evermore near;

So as the sleigh bells ring with festive cheer, to our guests, our colleagues and team, a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
