We certainly can! Once the students have departed campus for the vacation periods, Conference Aston are able to offer the extensive range of facilities for external events. This includes the flat floor teaching rooms, lecture theatres and great hall. There are a number of exciting refurbishments and developments taking place on the campus over the next few years, so availability of these areas will be limited until mid-late 2027.
This is only available for a period between the end of July and beginning of September, but can be booked via Conference Aston as part of a large conference, meeting or event on campus. Dates vary annually.
Our Day Delegate and 24 Hour pricing varies daily dependent on a number of factors, largely driven by demand. This means you may often find better value rates if you're hosting an event at the weekend instead of mid-week, or in periods like Easter or the summer holidays. Our team will always quote based on the specific dates you're enquiring about and will offer advice on dates which may meet specific budgets.
