Conference Aston has launched Nourish, which focuses on health-conscious menus, from homemade tasty fruit and vegetable smoothies to Thai chicken curry with cauliflower rice, and baked lemon pudding.
We have produced a 70-page booklet, filled with recipes that chefs can use as part of their healthy eating promotions, and the comforting dishes have been planned with health benefits in mind. All include the nutritional elements you ideally need in each meal: protein from meat or plants, seasonal fruits, leafy greens, complex carbohydrates, and healthy fats.
Up until the end of February, as part of the Nourish campaign, Confernece Aston will showcase two seasonal ingredients which are rhubarb and kale. These will feature in a range of different dishes.
